Job Summary
Manage store operations to drive sales, control expenses, and reduce losses across merchandise display, warehouse, checkout, and customer service areas. Recruit, train, and develop associates while ensuring they are supported and motivated. Implement company programs and policies to mitigate risks and costs, conducting inspections and meetings to review store reports. Develop action plans for in-store initiatives by defining projects, objectives, and priorities. Formulate recommendations on merchandise assortment, stock levels, and client demographics based on competitive analysis. Lead a diverse team in a high-volume retail environment, requiring five years of experience and strong leadership skills. Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in retail in high-volume and dynamic environments
- Proven management and team leadership skills focused on collaboration and problem-solving
- Strong ability to lead diverse teams and provide them with the means to act, making effective decisions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage and provide feedback
- In-depth knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, staff management, health and safety, and loss prevention
- Must be aged 18 and over
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process
