Planify, organize, and direct the road maintenance services for a major public organization, ensuring operational and strategic management of infrastructure. Pilot process and orientation transformations with agility, manage summer and winter maintenance contracts, and ensure work compliance with top safety standards. Lead staff with frequent on-site presence, foster active listening, and handle labor relations including collective bargaining negotiations. Prepare and control annual and triennial budgets for operations and investments. Represent the organization to strategic partners, local communities, and users while demonstrating political intelligence. This role supports the Vice-Presidence of Infrastructure within a stimulating organizational change context.
