Job Summary
Conduct strategic HR policy development, advise the General Direction on organizational and social issues, and manage a team of eight collaborators to ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements. Design recruitment strategies, oversee social indicators, and lead social negotiations including NAOs and collective accords. Pilot the skills development plan and support managers in team growth through quality of work life initiatives. Report directly to the strategic committee while maintaining autonomy on mission execution.
Required Qualifications
- De formation supérieure de niveau Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social, Management des organisations ou équivalent
- expérience significative de direction RH
- secteur social, médico-social ou associatif
- Une bonne connaissance des conventions collectives du secteur, notamment de la protection de l'enfance et de l'action sociale
