Job Summary
Supervise technical and service operations to ensure exceptional client experiences while optimizing internal processes and establishing performance standards. Manage client service delivery, lead technical teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic vision. Integrate acquisitions and architect operational structures to support organizational growth within a Quebec-based managed technology leader serving 300+ clients across Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity. Requires French-English bilingualism and experience in IT operations or MSP environments.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in operations management within the technology sector
- Experience ideally within an MSP or professional services organization
- Proven ability to lead technical teams
- Proven ability to optimize complex processes
- Proven ability to maintain high service quality standards
- Leadership that inspires confidence and mobilizes teams around common objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments
- Understanding of cybersecurity challenges
- Understanding of digital transformation
- Analytical approach for data-driven decision-making
- Long-term strategic vision
- Ability to structure, document, and improve operational processes
- Bilingual French-English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework or other structured business management systems
- Mastery of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for strategic alignment and performance measurement
- Certification or significant experience in ITIL for IT service management
- In-depth expertise in cloud environments, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of post-acquisition integration frameworks
- Experience in managing organizational transformation projects
