Develop the departmental strategy for the Yonne region and oversee its implementation within the SAFER's four public service missions. Manage a team of four land and forest advisors and two assistants by organizing their activities, supervencing high-stakes property operation negotiations, and ensuring dossiers meet regulatory deadlines. Coordinate cross-service collaborations to guarantee quality delivery and handle client complaints while maintaining relationships with agricultural organizations, local authorities, notaries, and rural stakeholders. Prepare and animate local commissions and technical committees to support the departmental president.
