Manage a team of 20 collaborators, optimize client satisfaction, and ensure complete stock replenishment aligned with store needs. Accompany your staff on the ground daily while developing their skills and driving store profitability. Implement the commercial concept for this strategic store undergoing modernization and investment projects. Create trust and proximity with clients to provide advice and added value. Lead your team with strong communication skills to handle unexpected commercial situations quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire d'un BAC+3
- 3 ans minimum en gestion d'équipe/BU
- expérience acquise dans un environnement dynamique (commerce, GDA, GSS, restauration rapide, textile...)
- Femme/homme de terrain
- sens des priorités
- capacité à réagir rapidement aux imprévus liés au commerce
- leadership
- capacité à fédérer vos équipes
