Job Summary
Drive sales targets and customer satisfaction while managing direct and central purchasing, inventory, and shrinkage control. Lead a team of approximately 50 staff members, overseeing training and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Maintain a global store vision while working closely with cashiers, drive staff, and floor teams. Requires 3 to 5 years of experience as a supermarket director or deputy. Salary is 3,800€ gross monthly plus a 13th month, with a new company-provided housing allowance and 5% in-kind benefit on deliveries.
