Manage administrative and financial operations, including budget tracking, invoicing, and regulatory compliance. Foster child integration and socialization while informing and engaging parents in the educational project. Direct and motivate a team to deliver their best performance, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and prevention standards. Represent the nursery with institutional and local partners, handling all internal and external communications.
