Job Summary
Manage the daily operations and exploitation of the shopping center, ensuring optimal performance while adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead the operational team, including the technical manager and marketing assistant, by organizing task distribution, conducting individual performance reviews, and fostering synergy across departments. Drive commercial strategy by defining annual animation plans, negotiating with merchants to maximize occupancy rates, and coordinating quarterly financial reviews to optimize budgets. Oversee risk management, crisis procedures, and local lobbying efforts to strengthen community ties and promote the center's sustainability initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in the same type of function
- Management of an operational team
