Job Summary
Organize and plan agency activity, lead daily operations for a team of six customer advisors, and monitor performance against business objectives. Drive commercial growth by collaborating with internal and external partners to expand local brand presence and execute varied challenges. Develop team competencies, foster a culture of trust and cohesion, and support staff progression toward future roles such as Regional Commercial Manager. Manage the Basse Terre agency within the Direction Régionale community.
