Planify, supervise, and participate in the preparation of annual financial statements of low to medium complexity under your responsibility. Manage mandate execution to ensure deliverables meet client expectations while exercising effective risk management across all assignments. Coordinate operational activities for colleagues involved in mandates, oversee quality control, identify applicable accounting standards, and establish relevant methods and procedures. Communicate, present, and follow up on team recommendations with clients. Drive company growth. Requires over five years of experience in the field, a business administration degree with an accounting or finance option, and CPA certification is an asset. General knowledge of tax laws and strong client development skills are also beneficial.
