Job Summary
Define the retail strategy for the sales point as a CODIR member and lead the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure collective results. Guarantee commercial strategy and revenue growth by analyzing key metrics, implementing action plans, and supporting individual and collective initiatives. Ensure client satisfaction across the omnichannel experience, managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Lead cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement within the sales environment. This role requires a manager with at least five years of B2B or B2C experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for gastronomy. The position offers a competitive 13-month salary package with a variable component, plus a 15% discount on personal purchases at METRO Halles.
Required Qualifications
- 5 ans minimum d'expérience managériale et commerciale dans un univers B to B ou B to C
- Capacités relationnelles, de communication, d'organisation, de gestion des priorités et sens du résultat
- Compétences en termes de pilotage d'activité, de suivi des performances, de gestion de projets
- Appétence pour le domaine de la distribution aux professionnels
- Gout pour l'univers alimentaire
- Maîtrise du Pack office
- Aisance avec le domaine digital
- Mobile sur le bassin Grand Lyon
- Capacité à manipuler des charges lourdes et des engins de manutention
