Job Summary
Manage and develop team talent through coaching, career planning, and regular performance indicator communication. Deploy and monitor action plans to achieve performance metrics while establishing strategies to increase mobilization rates. Ensure system stability by verifying solutions meet current and future organizational needs alongside business partner expectations. Optimize team capacity management and implement agility practices within daily product support meetings. Uphold standards set by cross-functional directions and excellence centers. Participate actively in management committees to drive organizational alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine pertinent
- 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
- Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
