Job Summary
Lead the store as the Deputy Director's right hand, co-leading the team by embodying Kiabi values while fostering a high-performance, agile social climate. Manage recruitment, training, and team animation to develop individual talents and autonomy. Drive commercial strategy with a passion for fashion, creating a unique shopping experience and developing the team's economic culture through key performance indicators. Co-pilot the profit center with the Store Director by mastering expense lines and driving team results to ensure site profitability. Requires a superior degree in commerce and management with significant experience as a Deputy Director or Department Head in fashion retail.
Required Qualifications
- De formation supérieure dans le domaine du commerce & du management
