Job Summary
Lead the store as the Deputy Director, acting as the right-hand to the Store Director by co-leading the team, managing recruitment, training, and daily operations. Drive commercial strategy and customer experience while piloting the profit center alongside the Store Director to ensure profitability. Monitor expense lines, develop team performance culture through key indicators, and foster a collaborative environment aligned with Kiabi's values. Requires a degree in commerce and management with significant retail experience. Salary ranges from 32 to 37k€ gross annually with performance bonuses and employee stock ownership.
