Assist the director in the operational management of the restaurant while managing and supporting daily team operations. Guarantee service quality and client satisfaction by contributing to establishment performance tracking and coordinating team organization. Ensure smooth team functioning and client experience delivery within the Plaisance du Touch location. Work 42 hours per week with two and a half days of rest and flexible scheduling. The role supports a federation of artisan restaurateurs committed to authentic, accessible French dining.
