Manage daily store operations for naturéO's Dourdan location, balancing human resources, field missions, and administrative tasks including sales forecasts, ordering, and inventory control for the fresh sector. Ensure product availability in aisles, execute commercial animations, and maintain rigorous stock rotation and cleanliness across sales floors and cold storage. Coordinate a team of two to three staff members while delivering high-quality customer service through reception, advice, and team training. Track performance indicators and oversee opening/closing rotations across a Monday-to-Sunday schedule.
