Job Summary
Direct Transport Sales Representative for Maersk: manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Develop strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and promote Maersk’s transport and logistics solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new opportunities within the assigned territory, conducting regular customer visits, presentations, and business reviews, maintaining accurate CRM records, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and preparing sales forecasts and pipeline updates. Preferred experience in project cargo sales and a strong ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales, business development, or account management experience in transportation/logistics/supply chain services
- CRM proficiency
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities
- Independent work ethic with cross-functional collaboration
