Required Qualifications
- Schedule Reliability: Must be available to work shifts scheduled within the 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM window (including weekends and holidays as business needs dictate)
- Sharp Attention to Detail
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, reach, and lift/move heavy boxes or pallets (up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Safety-Minded: A proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning and using store inventory software and handheld RF scanners
