Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service to retail partners and consumers, handling basic inquiries and routine issues, processing orders efficiently, resolving complaints, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, and escalating complex issues to level 2. Utilize multi-channel communication, document interactions, and follow established procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, prior customer service experience, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Salesforce. Fully remote role within US, operating during Central Time business hours; ability to collaborate across software applications and departments to support customers.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Prior experience in customer service is required.
