Job Summary
Provide direct supervision and ensure the safety and security of youth aged 14-21 with diagnoses including mood disorders, PTSD, and borderline personality disorder. Deliver therapeutic interventions within a DBT clinical model, engaging residents in individual therapy and skills groups to foster emotion regulation and distress tolerance. Teach and assist with Activities of Daily Living skills, including life skills development, employment readiness, and daily living tasks. Maintain accurate documentation of progress notes and incident reports while collaborating with clinicians to pursue meaningful treatment goals. Work a Thursday through Saturday shift with a 1:4 resident ratio in a community-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA
- Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders preferred
