Job Summary
Direct Support Team Lead at Sevita overseeing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting the Program Supervisor with medications, orientation training, and coordinating individuals' appointments; supporting participants with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and developmental goals; building meaningful relationships and promoting participation in community activities; maintaining telecommunication and time-management skills; and ensuring safety with a valid driver’s license and vehicle access. Ideal candidates have six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred, and excel in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and reliability.
