Direct Support Staff

Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve while supporting them with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who have behavioral challenges and complex needs. Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Schedule includes Monday and Tuesday shifts from 3p-10p, alternating days from 8am-4pm, plus every other Saturday and Sunday from 8am-10p. Requires a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with six months of experience in human services or direct care.
