Direct Support Staff Needed - WGH

Provide general supervision and support services for adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Supervise clients regarding health and safety, monitor medication administration, and assist with personal hygiene and daily living skills. Accompany residents to medical appointments, community outings, and recreational activities while maintaining accurate performance data and incident reports. Prepare meals, ensure food storage standards, and encourage client independence through training and socialization. Submit written incident reports by shift end and report suspected abuse per mandatory procedures. Maintain scheduled shifts and attend required staff meetings and trainings.
