Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to an adult with developmental disabilities in home and community settings, implementing behavior support plans under BCBA guidance. Assist the individual in developing daily living and social skills while monitoring, documenting, and reporting behavioral observations and incidents. Maintain professional boundaries, communicate effectively with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams, and attend required trainings to demonstrate competency in crisis prevention. Work flexible AM, PM, and overnight shifts in Ramona, with full-time and part-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with adults in the related field
- Ability to pass a DOJ Live Scan
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPI Card
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology or related field
- College enrollment or coursework in related field
