Job Summary
Provide daily support at home and in the community for adults with developmental disabilities, assisting with personal care, meals, routines, and community outings. Help plan and implement daily activities while supporting individuals in setting and achieving person-centered goals. Encourage participation in social opportunities, maintain household cleaning and maintenance tasks, and document observations and progress. Implement established treatment and support plans, provide physical intervention during crises, and ensure all interactions align with Human Rights policies. Maintain required certifications including CPR, First Aid, MAP, SOLVE, and HR/DPPC. Work Sunday 10a-2p, Thursday 5p-9p, and Friday 3p-11p shifts at a starting rate of $18.50/hour. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for transport.
