Job Summary
Provide daily support at home and in the community, helping plan and implement routines while assisting individuals with personal care, meals, and community outings. Support household cleaning and maintenance tasks, document observations and progress, and implement established treatment and support plans. Offer physical intervention in crisis situations when necessary and ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Maintain required certifications including CPR, First Aid, MAP, SOLVE, and HR/DPPC. Work Saturday 9a-6p and Wednesday 3-9p shifts with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Required Qualifications

- Basic computer skills

- Commitment to supporting culturally diverse populations
- High School Diploma/GED
