Job Summary
Provide daily support at home and in the community, helping plan and implement daily routines and activities for adults with developmental disabilities. Assist individuals with personal care, meals, and community outings while supporting household cleaning and maintenance tasks. Encourage participation in social opportunities, implement established treatment and support plans, and document observations and progress. Provide physical intervention in crisis situations when necessary and ensure individuals are treated with dignity in alignment with Human Rights policies. Maintain required certifications including CPR/First Aid, MAP, SOLVE, and HR/DPPC. Work Monday through Friday 7am-3pm at a starting rate of $18.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to transport individuals
- Commitment to supporting culturally diverse populations
- High School Diploma/GED

- Experience in human services or with similar populations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, person-centered environment
