Job Summary
Provide daily support at home and in the community, helping plan and implement routines while assisting individuals with personal care, meals, and community outings. Support household cleaning and maintenance tasks, document observations and progress, and implement established treatment and support plans. Provide physical intervention in crisis situations when necessary and ensure individuals are treated with dignity in alignment with Human Rights policies. Maintain required certifications including CPR/First Aid, MAP, SOLVE, and HR/DPPC. Work Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to transport individuals
- Commitment to supporting culturally diverse populations
- High School Diploma/GED
- First Shift

- Experience in human services or with similar populations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, person-centered environment
