Job Summary
Assist four individuals in independent living with scheduled visits covering money management, transportation, community service access, housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and laundry. Escort clients to medical, dental, or therapy appointments while monitoring and administering prescribed medications and treatments. Maintain accurate daily logs tracking progress toward goals outlined in each individual's Individualized Service Plan. This role supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live a full life at Mosaic, an organization focused on advocacy, mediation, and building self-sufficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in a related field
- Must be at least 18 years of age
