Job Summary
As a Direct Support Provider, you will be responsible for supervising and providing care and safety to individuals, assisting with daily living activities, recreation, community orientation, medication management, meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning. Key qualifications include being at least 17 years old, passing a DHS background check, having a valid driver’s license, and effective communication skills in English. You will also be required to comprehend and follow program-related plans and procedures while delivering person-centered services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure
- Must pass DHS background clearance
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language
