Job Summary
Help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow, learn, and live well by developing meaningful relationships and supporting their developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist with personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges while encouraging participants to engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite interests. This role requires a compassionate, patient approach with a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
