Job Summary
As a Direct Support Provider, you will provide supervision, care, and safety to individuals served in areas of daily living, recreation, community orientation, medication management, meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning. Responsibilities include reading and following program-related plans, delivering person-centered services, administering CPR/First Aid, and charting daily program information. Candidates must pass a DHS background check, hold a valid driver’s license, and effectively communicate in English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure
- Must pass DHS background clearance
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business
