Job Summary
As a Direct Support Provider, you will provide supervision, care, and safety to individuals, focusing on daily living, recreation, community orientation, medication management, meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning. Responsibilities include following program-related plans, delivering person-centered services, administering CPR/First Aid when needed, and charting daily program information. The role requires passing a DHS background clearance and having a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure
- Must pass DHS background clearance
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language
