Job Summary
Direct Support Provider performs supervision, care, and safety for individuals served, handling daily living tasks and activity support. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, recreation, community orientation, medication management, meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning. CPR/First Aid must be administered as needed; chart daily program information; deliver person-centered support to individuals served. Starting wage is $16.00-$17.00 per hour. On-site position at Prairie Community Services in Thief River Falls, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure
- Must pass DHS background clearance
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand English
