Job Summary
Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and program oversight. Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing direct support for daily activities, medication administration, and personal care. Accompany individuals on community outings and provide transportation to work or other activities. Duties balance direct support, professional activities, and supervision. Requires valid driver's license with one year of driving history, current auto insurance, and one year of related work experience. Full-time role Monday through Friday from 2p to 10p at the Mockingbird site in Denton, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with 1 year driving history without restrictions
- One year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
