Job Summary
Conduct direct support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. Develop meaningful relationships with participants while supporting developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Take initiative to help individuals integrate into the community and enjoy favorite activities. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Requires six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
Required Qualifications
