Job Summary
Direct Support Program Supervisor oversees a team of Caregivers providing community-based supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), participating in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight; supervising caregivers; providing direct support such as assistance with meals, medication administration, and personal care; transporting individuals to activities and community outings; and facilitating community involvement. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related work experience, and a valid driver’s license with active auto insurance. Location: Minot, ND. The role involves on-call duties and every other weekend shifts in a mission-driven organization offering full-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits.
