Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a residential or day program unit, supervising 4-8 individuals in residential settings or 10-15 in periodic/vocational programs. Deliver direct support while managing staff, implementing person-centered plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate records and billing. Administer medications, coordinate health care appointments, and manage individual assets and funds. Handle incident reporting, staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations. Maintain a safe living environment through housekeeping, minor repairs, and vehicle inspections. Work flexible hours, generally 8-16 weekly, with on-call duties as needed. Requires a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One-year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Working knowledge of computers
- Current driver's license
- Car registration
- Auto insurance
- Other licensure(s) or certification(s) where required by regulatory authority
- Valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy
