Job Summary
Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and administrative duties. Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while providing direct support including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Accompany individuals on community outings or provide transportation to work and activities. Duties are split between direct support, program activities, and supervision. Requires current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance. Full, part-time, and as-needed schedules available with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
