Job Summary
Assist in accessing medical and health-related services and assess referred individuals to participate in developing service plans with treatment teams and funding sources. Implement and contribute to the development, review, and revision of programs and behavior intervention plans. Provide monitoring, consultation, and comprehensive support services to Mentors and staff regarding work with individuals supported. Aid the manager or director with direction, supervision, and oversight of assigned staff, while providing effective leadership and direction to staff in the absence of the manager. Full, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree if required by state
- Three years of related work experience
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Car registration
- Auto insurance (if driving for company)
