Job Summary
Assist in accessing medical and health-related services for individuals receiving care and assess referred individuals to participate in developing service plans with treatment teams and funding sources. Implement and contribute to the development, review, and revision of programs and behavior intervention plans while providing monitoring, consultation, and comprehensive support services to mentors and staff. Aid the manager or director with direction, supervision, and oversight of assigned staff, including providing effective leadership in the absence of management. This role offers full, part-time, and as-needed schedules with paid training, holiday pay, and mileage reimbursement for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree if required by state
- Three years of related work experience
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Car registration
- Auto insurance (if driving for company)
