Job Summary
Empower adults to develop daily life skills and encourage independence through personalized Individual Support Plans. Provide compassionate, person-centered care for autistic, intellectually, and developmentally disabled individuals while facilitating community integration and excellent communication with families and guardians. Support respite, transportation, and individual needs within In-Home and Community Based Supports. Work varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Complete Human Services NJ LLC offers health insurance and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Have the ability and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- Passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner
- Strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals and their families

- Excellent communication with individuals, families, and guardians
