Direct Support Professionals

Support individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities in engaging with their community through social, recreational, educational, or employment activities. Assist with developing independent living and social skills such as budgeting, communication, and self-care while providing transportation and supervision during community outings. Monitor, document, and report progress, behaviors, and incidents in accordance with agency and DDD policies. Collaborate with family members, case managers, and team members to implement individualized service plans. Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of individuals at all times. Participate in required training, meetings, and continuing education as mandated by DDD and agency standards.
