Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them engage in community activities. Maintain a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report to transport participants safely. This part-time role requires availability during Week 1 (Sunday 8am-10pm, Friday 5pm-10pm) and Week 2 (Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday 8am-10pm). Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance

- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
