Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility. Implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and administer medication while monitoring health. Provide companionship, encourage social inclusion, and support transportation to appointments and community outings. Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans. Requires a High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification. Full-time, part-time, and per diem options available with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with developmental disabilities (strongly preferred)
