Job Summary
Assist individuals with household chores, driving to appointments, and personal hygiene tasks while helping develop routines that promote independence. Teach essential life skills such as grocery shopping and budgeting to empower individuals to navigate everyday challenges. Maintain excellent communication and problem-solving flexibility to support the health and wellbeing of others. Full-time hours include Sunday through Thursday across two or three shifts.
Required Qualifications
- A high school education (or GED)
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration
- Must be at least 18 years or older with a personal cell phone
- Excellent Communication
- Problem-Solving and flexibility
- A commitment to the health and wellbeing of others
