Job Summary
DSP III role providing advanced overnight behavioral support to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include delivering structured behavioral support during night shifts, de-escalation, implementing individualized behavior support plans (BSPs), promoting emotional regulation and skill-building, maintaining safety, documenting behaviors and progress, assisting with daily living routines (hygiene, meals, medications), and ensuring dignity and respect. Requires ability to work with individuals exhibiting aggressive, challenging, or self-injurious behaviors, as well as lifting up to 35 lbs. Night shifts with flexible 3- to 4-night schedules; competitive pay with premium weekend rates. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and insurance; clear background checks; behavioral support experience preferred (training provided). Location: Dubuque, IA, US.
