Job Summary
Lead person-centered activities that help youth learn life skills, build confidence, and participate in daily routines. Teach and role-model independence while assisting with meal prep, personal care, and medication administration. Provide supervision, coaching, and encouragement; implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed. Perform housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a safe, supportive environment. You must be 21 or older with a high school diploma and 6+ months of experience supporting vulnerable populations. A valid driver's license is required for transporting persons served, and you must attend three weeks of paid training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
