Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) – White Bear Lake: provide daily living support and personal care for participants with disabilities, engaging them in activities from music therapy to arts and crafts, cooking lessons, and community outings. Requires a compassionate, patient listener with strong teamwork and communication skills. 33-hour full-time weekday schedule (Monday–Friday) with no evenings or weekends.
